= GpgOL Incompatible Addons <> The following Outlook Addons are known to cause problems together with GpgOL. == TITUS Message Classification Version ? Causes GpgOL not to decrypt / verify any content. Mails will be shown as empty and without crypto state. They will sometimes have the crypto icon in the messagelist. === Known Workarounds None. === Technical Details The T~I~T~U~S Addon causes the "Read" event in Outlook to be blocked and GpgOL does not receive that event. As GpgOL does the decryption in the "Read" event, decryption does not happen. == MailStore Outlook Add-in Version ( 9.0.3.9873 tested) === Known Workarounds None. === Technial details The same problem as the T~I~T~U~S Addon. We do not see the "Read" event and never get the option to decrypt / verify the mail. See: https://dev.gnupg.org/T3934 == Mimecast for Outlook Decrypt / Verify does not work, same as with TITUS and MailStore. === Technical details Not available. reported in: https://dev.gnupg.org/T4692 === Known Workarounds According to https://dev.gnupg.org/T4692 an update to Gpg4win-3.1.10 helped. == PDF Converter Outlook Add-in Version 7.1 === Known Workarounds None. == Google Apps Sync The Ggogle Apps Sync Addon makes it impossible for GpgOL to send out OpenPGP/MIME or S/MIME Mails. === Known Workarounds GpgOL since Version 2.0.5 automatically detects Google Apps Sync accounts and warns the user / switches to "No-MIME" OpenPGP. This does not work with attachments. === Technical Details See: https://dev.gnupg.org/T3545 == Symantec Endpoint Protection Version - Unknown. Signed / Encrypted mails are left blank.
