Known Workarounds

Solution in ESET go to the mail client settings: https://help.eset.com/ees/7/en-US/idh_config_emon_clients.html

disable checking mail: "Received e-mail"

comment: because if it finds something in the mail it will move it to a safe folder. And if not, we can decode the message. This will also fix the plug-in disabling error due to too long loading time.

or less secure, which will work for any type of message, disable: "Enable email protection by client plugins"

Symantec Endpoint Protection

Version - Unknown.

TITUS Message Classification

Version ?

Causes GpgOL not to decrypt / verify any content. Mails will be shown as empty and without crypto state. They will sometimes have the crypto icon in the messagelist.

Known Workarounds

None.

Technical Details

The TITUS Addon causes the "Read" event in Outlook to be blocked and GpgOL does not receive that event. As GpgOL does the decryption in the "Read" event, decryption does not happen.
