A program/service to automatically verify a WKD:
- Is the WELLKNOWN/policy file available? Contents OK?
- Is the WELLKNOWN/submission-address available?
- Is there a valid public key available for the submission address?
- ... what else?
If the directory is structured in the way gpg-wks-server does it, running that program with the option --list-domains does all relevant checks.
