You can do this, for example, by saving the text as file gnupgwikipassword.txt and then running gpg --decrypt gnupgwikipassword.txt and subsequently entering the password.

Or instead of saving the text to a file, you can also run gpg --decrypt gnupgwikipassword.txt, paste the text, press Ctrl+D (to end the input) and then enter the password above.
